Heritage Open Days

7th to 10th September 2017

Heritage Open DaysEvery September some 40,000 volunteers across England organise 5,000 events to celebrate our fantastic history and culture during the Heritage Open Days weekend. It’s your chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – all of which are FREE to explore.

There are nine wonderful sites open in Dover, with six of them on the Dover Bluebird Heritage Walking Trail. Details and opening hours are below to help you plan your tour.

If you want to travel further afield then visit the Heritage Open Days website for details of sites throughout the country. Places in London are open on 16th and 17th September during Open House London
